1. I have forgotten my username.
   1. E-mail Laurie Herceg or call 216-651-0222 ext 424 
   2. Please include your full name and class year.

2. How can I update my information?
   1. Log in to Cats Online
   2. Click on “Account”
   3. Profiles consist of several pages. Click “continue” to advance to the next screen or click “headings” (member, family, business) to skip to a specific screen.

3. How can I restrict some of my information so that it is not viewable or searchable by my classmates?
   1. Log in to Cats Online
   2. Click on “Account” 
   3. Uncheck the box next to all of the fields that you DO NOT want to be displayed.

4. How can I donate online?
   1. Log in to Cats Online
   2. Click “online giving” (left menu bar)
   3. Follow prompts

5. How to submit questions
   1. Click on “questions.” Link (left menu bar) to send Saint Ignatius an e-mail.
   2. Please include your full name and class year.
